Building a new home takes time but the wait is always worth it. In fact, we think the wait is the best part- as our client, all you have to do is wait, relax and watch the magic happen! We take care of planning, permits, material lists, vendors, utilities- anything and everything; we’ve got it covered. Together, once we have determined your home location and your floorplan, we’ll get right to work.
With our management skills, the relationships we have built with our vendors, and teaming up with best contractors in the area, we are able to build a high quality home efficiently and quickly. As your new home takes form, enjoy the process and hold your expectations high. We are firm believers in the magic of anticipation. Don’t worry. Don’t Stress. Don’t sweat it. All you have to do is trust the process and enjoy the wait.
02. Interior Design
When it comes to interior design, it’s more important to follow your vision than it is to follow the trends. Trends will come and go and although your style may evolve and alter over the years, the root of it is going to remain the same. We want to design a space that is timeless- a space you’ll still love next year and the year after that. With a few pieces of inspiration or ideas from our clients, we can take the root of your own style and design a space to match YOU.
Utilizing a designer has many benefits- one of them being- we’re going to get it right the first time. We can’t tell you how many times we’ve heard of clients decorating a room once, and then re-decorating it again, and again, and again. Sometimes, telling someone your vision can actually be much easier than trying to cultivate it yourself. Our goal is to understand your vision and bring it to life with ease.

Since 2018, Sierra Hess has been a licensed Realtor® serving the Charleston and Teays Valley area.
